Bringing the Warmth to Your Door: Delivery Fees
We believe in clear and simple fees for delivery.
Our charge is per trip:
  • The first 25 miles are just £50.
  • After that, it's a small £1 for every extra mile.
We're dedicated to spreading warmth across Somerset and all the surrounding areas, making it easy for you to enjoy.
Your Peace of Mind: The Security Deposit
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we require a fully refundable deposit of £500.
We accept credit cards for the deposit fee (even if you use a different payment method for the hire price). For credit cards, only a temporary charge will be made, and this will be cleared upon returning the sauna.
This deposit is returned to you in full.
We process the refund once we've collected the sauna.
It just needs to be in the same good shape as when it arrived.
