Zalenski Sauna (5-Person)

Pricing:

• Day 1–2: £125/day

• Day 3: £100/day

• Day 4: £75/day

• Each day after: £50/day

3. Booking Information

How It Works

1. Book Your Sauna Date: Choose your preferred rental dates through our online calendar.

2. We Deliver to You: Our team delivers and sets up your sauna at your chosen location.

3. Delivery Fees:

   • £50 for the first 25 miles each way

   • +£1 per additional mile (each way)
     Example: If you’re 27 miles away, delivery = £52 each way (£104 roundtrip).

4. Deposit Fee:

   • A £500 refundable security deposit is required to confirm your booking.

   • Returned within 7 days after inspection if the sauna is in good condition.

5. Promo Discounts: Automatically applied once your dates and sauna type are selected.

4. Rental Terms Summary

Rental Period

• The rental period begins at the agreed start time and ends when the sauna is collected or returned.

• A £10/hour late fee applies for delays. After 6 hours late, a full extra day is charged.

• No refunds for early returns.

Security Deposit

• £500 deposit due at booking (temporary hold or direct charge).

• Refunded within 7 days after inspection.

• Deductions may occur for:

  • Damage, misuse, or loss

  • Excessive cleaning (£50 fee)

  • Late returns

Cleaning Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Wipe down all surfaces

• Remove personal items and debris

• Keep floors and benches clean
  If heavy cleaning is required (mud, spilled drinks, sand, etc.), a £50 cleaning fee applies.

5. Damage, Loss & Safety

Damage or Loss

• You’re responsible for any damage or missing parts during your rental period.

• Replacement or repair costs beyond the £500 deposit will be invoiced.

• Full replacement cost applies if the sauna is not returned or is irreparably damaged.

Safety & Usage

• Smoking, alcohol, or drug use inside or near the sauna is prohibited.

• Max capacity: 5 (Zalenski), 12 (Woodlandscene).

• Follow temperature and ventilation guidelines.

• Improper use or overloading may cause damage or injury and void your deposit.

6. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup

• Our team delivers and collects the sauna on your scheduled dates.

• Customer must ensure:

  • Stable, level surface

  • Accessible site for trailer delivery

  • Presence during drop-off and pickup

• Setup time: approximately 30 minutes before the session.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling Policy:

• Free reschedule once if requested ≥72 hours before the rental date.

• Changes within 72 hours → £25 admin fee, subject to availability.

• No rescheduling on the day of booking.

• Sacred Sauna is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage during sauna use.

• Customers assume all risks and agree to use the sauna safely and responsibly.

• The Company is not responsible for losses due to natural disasters, severe weather, or events beyond control (Force Majeure).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governed by UK law.

• Disputes must first go through binding arbitration before legal action.

• Arbitration is conducted within the UK, and costs are shared equally.

• Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable.
