1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Sacred Sauna Affiliate Program ("Program"). By registering as an affiliate ("Affiliate"), you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid PayPal, Wise, Stripe, or bank account for receiving commission payouts.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

You do not need to own a website or social media page to join. Affiliates may promote Sacred Sauna experiences through personal networks, online platforms, or other ethical means.

Sacred Sauna reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a £30 commission per full day of booking made through their unique affiliate link.

Commission is calculated based on the total number of booked sauna days, excluding VAT, transaction fees, or discounts.

Examples:

  • 1-day booking = £30 commission
  • 2-day booking = £60 commission
  • 3-day booking = £90 commission

Commissions are credited to the affiliate's account once a booking is confirmed but remain locked for 14 days.

After 14 days, provided the booking has not been canceled or refunded, the commission becomes withdrawable.

4. Cookie Duration

A 365-day cookie applies from the time a user clicks an affiliate link.

If the same user makes multiple bookings within that period, the commission is attributed to the most recent valid affiliate link used.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

Commissions become withdrawable 14 days after the booking date, provided the transaction remains valid and not refunded.

Affiliates may withdraw funds once the minimum balance of £25 is reached.

Payouts are made via PayPal, Wise, Stripe, or Bank Transfer, according to the affiliate's selected method.

Transaction or transfer fees are the responsibility of the affiliate.

Sacred Sauna is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect payment details.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Make misleading, exaggerated, or false claims about Sacred Sauna services.
  • Engage in spam, deceptive advertising, or click fraud.
  • Bid on Sacred Sauna brand name or related terms in search ads without written permission.
  • Impersonate Sacred Sauna or create fake pages/domains resembling the brand.
  • Use affiliate links for self-referrals (booking your own sauna session).

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Promotion and Representation

Affiliates agree to:

  • Represent Sacred Sauna services accurately and respectfully.
  • Use only approved logos, images, and creatives provided by Sacred Sauna.
  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (e.g., "#ad" or "#sponsored") in accordance with ASA and FTC guidelines.

Affiliates without public pages may share links privately (e.g., with friends or local groups) as long as it's done ethically and without spam.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Commissions will not be paid, or will be reversed, for:

  • Bookings refunded, canceled, or disputed within the refund period.
  • Fraudulent or duplicate transactions.

9. Termination

Sacred Sauna may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

  • All valid pending commissions will be paid out per the standard withdrawal policy.
  • Affiliates must immediately stop using affiliate links and remove all promotional materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sacred Sauna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

11. Amendments

Sacred Sauna reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. User-Generated Content (UGC)

As part of the Sacred Sauna Affiliate Program, affiliates may be asked to submit short videos (15–30 seconds) of themselves sharing or showcasing their Sacred Sauna experience.

By submitting such content, the Affiliate:

  • Grants Sacred Sauna a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the video (in whole or part) across all media — including social media, advertising, and the SacredSauna.com website.
  • Confirms ownership of the submitted content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Understands the content may be used for commercial and promotional purposes without additional payment beyond affiliate commissions.
  • Acknowledges that affiliate commission is payable in line with the £30-per-day structure once the submitted video has been received, verified, and approved.
  • Agrees that Sacred Sauna may edit or adapt the video while maintaining respect for the affiliate's likeness, image, and voice.

Affiliates retain ownership of their original video files but grant Sacred Sauna full rights to use submitted content as outlined above.
